NEXUS FDC Ltd were appointed by the specialist sub-contractor to provide thermal analysis calculations for the typical 5th floor bespoke window unit on 30 Cannon Street, London to consider both internal surface condensation risk and heat loss calculated into an area weighted average U-Value in accordance with the Façade Performance Specification.

NEXUS FDC Ltd were required to work closely with the specialist sub-contractors design and project management team to provide guidance on thermal enhancements to the design to demonstrate compliancy with the requirements of the Façade Performance Specification, which was sucessfully achieved.
